Lead designer at a startup building BIM Assure, a platform for managing facilities through their entire lifecycle from construction to operations. Responsibilities included user research, wireframes to high-fidelity design, cross-platform native app design (BA Connect for iOS and Android), and creating the organization's brand style guidelines.

Optum (UnitedHealth Group)

Designed wellness tracking applications and health engagement tools for enterprise clients. Conducted lab usability tests, user interviews, and field studies to inform design. Translated research findings into actionable design principles for UX, visual design, and development teams.

Conducted usability audit reviews of Fortune 500 client websites using proprietary heuristics. Analyzed customer survey data to identify problem areas and delivered actionable recommendations for improving user experience.
